Opening tins can be difficult for anyone but for people with reduced hand function or weak grip it can be almost impossible. This can be extremely frustrating for the person whilst also limiting them to foods which don't come in tins. The auto can opener is an affordable and effective way to get past this problem though.

After placing the can opener in place, the user simply presses one button and the can opener will smoothly open the can in one continuous movement. There is no need to manually turn the tin or the can opener as it is all done automatically. It makes it easier for those with reduced hand function or arthritis to eat tinned foods and reduces the strain on the wrist. This added benefit makes the auto can opener an excellent kitchen accessory for anyone.

The can opener is simple and modern in design. It is finished in white with small grey details. The auto can opener is also small enough to fit into a regular sized drawer whilst many other auto openers are too large. It is also powered by batteries which enables the user to open tins wherever they are in the kitchen or even if they are camping for example.
