If after ordering you change you mind, the item is the wrong size or unsuitable, we offer an exchange or refund. Please return the product to us in its original condition and packaging with receipt/delivery note within 30 days of receiving it. In this case you will be liable for return delivery charges. We recommend that you securely wrap, track and insure the parcel, as we are only responsible for your parcel once it reaches our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. If you would like an alternative product please call customer services on 01624 898039.

In the unlikely event that the wrong product has been delivered, it is damaged or faulty on arrival please phone us immediately. We will then arrange its collection or facilitate its return by providing a freepost return label. Depending on the issue, we will repair, replace or refund the item according to your wishes.

* Certain items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. This includes bespoke, made-to-order and personalised products. It also applies to goods that for health protection and/or hygiene reasons have been sealed, where the seal is broken; or those that have been used.
