Delivery

IOM Living Solutions provides free delivery on all orders over £100 (excluding VAT).

For orders below £100 (excluding VAT), there is a standard charge of £4.95.

We aim to despatch orders within two working days. Delivery can then take up to three working days. But it is often quicker than this. We use a mix of Royal Mail, Parcelforce and courier services, dependent upon the product(s) ordered.

In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to give you an estimated delivery time, or suggest an alternative course of action.

IOM Living Solutions ships to United Kingdom addresses only. We do not ship to overseas destinations. Payment will be accepted in pounds sterling only.
